Common questions
Why do I need a little ETH?
Every purchase or sale is a transaction on Base and the network charges a small fee in ETH, usually well under a cent. Deposit ETH alongside USDC from the Deposit screen.
Why can't I invest?
Coinbase tokenized stocks are available only to persons in eligible jurisdictions outside the United States. The app asks you to confirm your country once and also checks where your connection comes from.
Where are my tokens?
In your own wallet on Base, created by Privy when you signed in and controlled by you. The address is on the Wallet screen and every transaction links to Basescan.
An order is partly filled or stopped
Each company is settled separately and the app shows exactly which ones confirmed. Retry the rest from the order screen; anything already bought stays in your wallet.
Deleting your account
Email us from your sign-in address and we delete your Smallstonks records. Tokens remain in your wallet, which you can keep using with any wallet app.
